Taylor Swift is listening to her pop music transitional album "1989," released in 2014, again.

On September 8, 2023, at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, she made the announcement for her new album "1989 (Taylor's Version)".

On October 27, the same day as the initial "1989" album, the album will be released.

In order to reclaim ownership of her original master recordings, which were sold in 2020, Taylor Swift is re-recording her albums.

Her other re-recorded albums include "Fearless (Taylor's Version)," "Red(Taylor's Version)," and "Speak Now(Taylor's Version)".

She now holds the record for the female artist with the most No. 1 albums on the Billboard charts thanks to "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)".

"1989" received 10 Grammy nominations and won several awards, including Album of the Year.

Fans participated in a scavenger hunt to reveal the track titles for "From the Vault" songs.
